Brown and Green Flowers (eg Brown Lily and Belle of Ireland)

I believe that dyes are important for creativity in MC. Most dyes are easy to get. Most are from flowers or combining other dyes. But green and brown dye are too hard to obtain. Green dye requires you to find a desert or the super rare badlands and smelt cacti. Brown dye requires you to find the super rare Jungle biome and collect cocoa beans and jungle wood to grow any more. I feel like this is a similar issue to blue dye prior to 1.14, where it was only obtainable through a rare material, Lapis. Green flowers could be a species such as the Belle of Ireland or the Green Hellebore. An excellent example of a brown flower would be the Brown Lily. If these were added, it would help balance out the dyes and make getting all of them way less of a nightmare.

Dyes should be more expanded on. Why not have more colour combinations? Green from mixing yellow and blue, brown from mixing three primary colours, etc.
