Village price changes if steal or give

If you take items out of villager chests, they will raise their trade costs, to make up for the theft that they are not happy with. Villages may slightly reduce what's things cost if you put valuable items in the chests. But only when they are in the building containing it, the way the game checks is that they are within 10 blocks and under cover of wood or coblestone.

    In that case, let the players' reputation rise when the villagers pick up bread and other valuables (which are not crops from the garden).
