Run on low-end devices with toggable cliffs generation

The caves and cliffs world generation is really laggy for many low end devices so being able to have an option for the caves and cliffs to not generate

  This is especially true for 1.19 the wild update, I know its the world generation because using flat, I don’t lag. This would be amazing if Mojang added this

  You could turn down your render distance, which might fix some lag.

  Or the low-end devices could be discontinued entirely.
  Example: Increase minimum iOS version to 13 or 14.

  Old world types can no longer be created.
