Turning off TNT Explodes should make TNT Explode but only damage entities

Right Now Turning off TNT Explodes Disables TNT Completely from exploding Instead it should only Disable TNT from destroying blocks or there should a Setting Like 'Explosion Destroys blocks' and if off then creeper, TNT and end crystal will only Damage Entities, so when you play in PvP word Your game will lag less and you won't see holes everywhere
