Be able to craft potions without going through a portal to get ingredients

We should be able to use regular world items to substitute Blaze/Netherwart etc "portal" ingredients for base level potions. Or at least have some of these items soawn in "special zones" in caves or at have mobs drop them when killed night

Most potions I see require us to go through a portal to access to most required ingredients for what is classed as a "basic" potion. A basic potion i would expect to have 2 golden apples + water to make a health potion.

Yeah, have the Nether stuff for stronger potions! But come on, you call it "base level" and we have to be fully armoured with iron weapons just to get the netherwart!
