River delta's are were rivers deposits all the sand, dirt and minerals it Carey's as it flows down stream. This creates islands of sediment. The River delta would be a great way to transition rivers to oceans. Not all rivers would end this way, but it would be cool to come across while traveling the waters of Minecraft.
