If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Illager Village

Pillager Villages would be very very similar to Villager Villages. They would be slightly more militarized with Illager mobs guarding the civilian Illagers.

I think Pillager Villages should be a thing. Pillager shouldn't live exclusively in outposts and mansions.

There wouldn't be anything like villages, though. Those are unique, as are the other settlements and their own forms of housing, so it seems fine as is.
