The new touch controls became available recently on Bedrock and I got to try it for the very first time. While I have a lot to say on the controls itself, I want to discuss a feature that would make touch controls even easier, customization.
Getting used to the old touch controls for years, having the jump button on the top right instead on the bottom right is hard to use, sometimes even colliding with the effects icons that would pull up accidentally sometimes.
What I think would be cool is to have a customization system on the buttons that appear.
Make it possible to reposition and resize various control buttons. It could even save the button positions and scale in a file that resource packs can even use. Changing the opacity of the action buttons would be useful too as its bigness covers 1/2 my screen. I could just lower the button size but then it would be hard to press and reach.
Right now the only way you can reposition these buttons is by lowering the button size and increading the screen safe area. Having a way to move and resize these buttons would be a great addition in my opinion
