New enchantments: Thunder Strike and Thundering

Thunder Strike

Thunder Strike would be avable for Swords and Axes, and mutually exclusive with Fire Aspect

The maximum level would be 2

This enchantment would deal more damage to entites wearing metallic armors

The damage added per level would be:

• Chainmail: +0.5 damage per piece
• Iron: +0.75 damage per piece
• Gold: +1 damage per piece
• Netherite: +1.5 damage per piece

Leather, diamond, Turtle Shells and Elytras are not affected by this enchantment

Also, if the target is touching water or rain, there would be a shockwave that would damage all entities in a 5 block radius that are also touching water or rain

Thundering

Avaible for Bows and Crossbows, is mutually exclusive with Flame

Has only one level

Works like Thunder Strike, but for Bows and Crossbow, with the addition that arrows shot by Thundering Bows/Crossbows, tend to deviate towards entities wearing metallic armor and Lighting Rods
