Different Single player and Multiplayer settings

This could be above the server menu as "Multiplayer settings" when going to a multiplayer world. It would help reduce lag for players and just be a quicker way to switch settings.

For example: You may want to listen to the Minecraft OST in single player while it may be harder to hear with the cacophony of noise from other player and items in the server.

Another example: Amplifying the number of chat messages that can fill your screen in multiplayer so you can better focus on something

    Having a few customizeable presets would be really cool, maybe they could even control what resource packs are on for certain servers etc.
