Rotten planks

There was already post made about something similar but used as a trap block. And the devs they don't like adding stuff that the player isn't responsible for. Like natural disasters. And I guess you could argue they would responsible but because they just didn't pay enough attention but still. My idea is the block exclusively. Just planks that look rotten. For all the wood types.
