It is located in a huge dungeon at the top of a steep mountain. ((My personal image of the structure is similar to the one called"KIYOMIZU-DERA TEMPLE" in Japan.) It is inhabited by medium to small sized demons. The dungeon and Deep Dark City are connected and easy to find, but it takes time to reach the bottom.
