Skeleton Horses NEED tail wiggles

I can't stress this enough, i swear on all the cupcakes of the world that i vividly remember seeing a SKELETON HORSE have their own tail animation (tiny wiggle from tail bone). Now playing on a new world (Java 1.19) i obtained skeleton horses once more and remembered this happy memory. Alas, i stared and stared and there was no wiggle. I am so heartbroken, was this from my imagination or did it exist in older versions? If this was made up in my mind (i have terrible memory of everything) then PLEASE add it to the game. It shall bring immense satisfaction and give much needed serotonin to people like me. Thank you.
