Trailing Potions: New potion variant

Brewed with Sculk veins you can make a potion that trails its effects. When thrown for as long and far the potion goes it will trail its respective  effect. It also has a secondary ability to literally trail targets meaning if thrown near a mob or player it will follow and effect that entity until the duration ends. (Not the potion duration but the duration of a normal Lingering potions.)

Its about time to have 1 or a few potion variants.

I hope some day the Brewing stand gets more love.
