Powdered Snow and the effect it has on the minecraft Ecosystem.

Well everyone knows the stress and struggle of powdered snow.. many haters... I'm not here to alleviate that suffering with ideas.. instead I'm here to propose a different idea entirely regarding powdered snow. Observing mobs reactions to powdered snow made me think.. shouldn't some mobs be immune to frozen effects..? Wouldn't some mobs be light enough to walk on powdered snow? I mean yes there are some mobs that are. But we should build on that. Villages that spawn in biomes ..the villagers should be both immune to frozen damage and be able to walk on snow...iron golems are ..well..iron..they don't like..get cold the same way as people..they should be immune to frozen damage..
