You should be able to use Chorus Fruit/Popped Chorus Fruit to tame a Shulker, after you tame it you should be able to pick it up by mining it with a pickaxe, and if you put two Shulkers next to each other and feed them both Chorus Fruit/Popped Chorus Fruit you breed them, and than a baby Shulker spawns next to one of the parents
