Allow Deepslate Design Blocks to Show up in Stonecutter

To take Deepslate, put it in the Stonecutter, and still get the design blocks. Design blocks being the Chiseled, Bricks, Tiles, Polished, including the Stairs, Slabs, and Walls.

Honestly, it would just make sense to be able to to use Silk Touched Deepslate to make such blocks, (excluding the cobble variant), in the stonecutter. This way it just skips a step like Andesite in a stonecutter, you can still gain polished variants without taking the time to craft polished blocks and then use the stonecutter.

The Cobble Deepslate would be just like Stone. You need to have the Cobbler variant in order to make the Cobble Design Blocks.
