Drowned Skeleton

The drowned skeleton will be achieved by spawning naturaly in the water or a skeleton drowns in the water.

    Bow and arrow wouldn't work underwater so they should have a melee weapon. Variants of the drowned skeleton could be like covered in algae or coral.
