Add Quiver as an Alternative to Shields

Bring back the quiver allowing the user to use a full stack of arrows, like a bundle being able to put in different types of arrows. New bind or method to switch between different types of arrows in quiver. Arrows can only stack to 16 in a regular inventory slot. Quiver is used only when dual wielding with a bow. Arrows can be stored at a fletching table where arrows can be restocked in the quiver. Remove the infinity enchantment.
