Slabs for better Snowy Villages

What to change: replace the dirt path with any slabs and place slabs above water in farms, in snow villages

Why change: In Bedrock, dirt paths can still be covered with snow when it's snowing, which eventually blocks all possible pathways in a village, whereas slabs don't get covered by snow.

Water sources in farms turn into ice in snow villages, which hinders the village's crops to naturally grow. Placing slabs above the water block can avoid it to turn into ice.
