Cape

Cape is a special item, but it is rare. My friends and I were unable to participate in the latest minecon because of the region, country, language and money. I hope mojang will launch a cloak for new players who cannot migrate their accounts. It can also be regarded as a gift for Microsoft to welcome new players.
