Sound will sound like Hello, I’m an NPC (search that sound up add Carl the npc saying at the end) 1 half of a heart, when dies, will say oof (search carl the npc oof sound to get sound) will spawn anywhere, anytime.
if one killed nearby another one, that one will attack you. (Does all your regular hearts.)
