Void walker- boots enchantment

Void walker would make it so every time you would fall in the void it places black concrete below you. This allows you to walk on the void to travel the end. This enchantment would only work on boots. You would have to choose between Void Walker or Frost Walker on your boots. Void walker cannot be acquired via villager or enchantment table. The book for this enchantment can only be found in loot chests in end cities. For every block of Black concrete that is placed by this enchantment, it takes away 0.10 durability.
