Specific Chestplate Enchantment- Karuta

This enchantment would be specifically for a chestplate. This enchantment is able to decrease 1 heart of damage dealt via sword or axe at level I. The enchantment goes up to level III. At level two, this enchantment will decrease 1.5 hearts of damage, then at level three it will decrease 2 hearts of damage from bladed weapons. This enchantment cannot be acquired from an enchantment table or villager, instead you have to sacrifice (throw in) 1-10 diamonds in a desert well.
