Muddy Boots

Adds a new use to the Mud block

When an entity walks on Mud their feet become muddy and they leave mud tracks on the blocks they walk on for an allotted time until the mud wears off their feet

For players if they are wearing boots their boots get muddy and they have to wash them in a caldron to stop leaving mud tracks. After a while the mud also wears off boots.

For players without boots mud would react the same way as any other mob.
