Enderman themed end biome/structure

Sort of like the ancient city or the piglin bastion, maybe consisting of a new light source like end torches, making all 3 dimensions have a type of torch to their name. This biome/structure could add some much needed lore. with this there could be new elytra exclusive enchantments found in this biome/structure

    also yes I know end rods are the torches of the end but im talking about like how soul sand can make soul torches
