High values of gamma in options.txt

In Snapshot 22w12a, we can no longer change the gamma in options.txt, and I think this is a bit dumb

This was used by a lot of people, there was people who used it instead of night vision, but there are also people who have a crappy display who cannot see anything if an area is a little bit dark which is really annoying

This can considerably degrade the experience, and I think people who use it as a night vision can be neglected, people who need it should be prioritized over people who abuse it

Please, revert this change
