Teleporter device

Being able to quickly travel long distances should be an end game option.  Elytras are great but at long distances can still take a while and involve loading chunks I may not want to load.

A Teleportation device would be a great way to get around but should be balanced by difficulty in obtaining/crafting/using them.  

Building each device should require a hard to get but renewable end game item such as a nether star.  

Linking devices could be done with blocks.  Example: Teleporter A and Teleporter B would be linked together by placing a Cobblestone block in the UI of each teleporter.  The teleporter would link to the closest teleporter with the same block inserted.  So if you want to go from Teleporter A to Teleporter C, you would have to insert the same block type that is currently in Teleporter C.  If Teleporter A, B, and C have the same block inserted, the closest teleporter would be chosen.

Each use of the teleport would require a cost to use like when choosing a new buff in the beacon UI.  Ender Pearls may be an appropriate choice.

Teleports would only go within the same dimension.

    This could be a good idea for a future end update, if the teleporters themselves had a End-like aesthetic, I think that would be pretty neat
