Bedrock Edition fill command incosistencies

Bedrock edition fill commands don't allow to fill every block in the game and there are large incosistencies, especailly with planks. For example, you can use the command to fill with warped, crimson, mangrove or oak planks and no other planks which is weird. Only white concrete can be filled in as well, where are the other colours, which were all added in the same update?

Adding in all these missing blocks will improve parity and make it much better for builders who like to use fill commands (e.g. to build roads).
