upgrade shields

currently the shields are a bit terrible when you cover yourself because when they hit you by surprise and you cover quickly the mob will still hit you again what I suggest is that they make the shield activate faster than when you get covered it already protects you from a

    The shield is important for safety if you upgrade the shield is good to additional safety it's so good I like it
