Moss + Cobblestone should make Mossy Cobblestone

So its called mossy cobblestone but it doesn't require any moss. I'm not saying the recipe isn't good or whatever but it should be consistent.

Mossy cobblestone has two recipes that involves either a vine or a moss block. So it does already require moss.
