Woodland Mansions have a new utility that quells fire in a large radius

Not everybody wants to use cheats to turn fire spread off, so having an addition layer of defense against environmental damage for Woodland mansions would be excellent.

I propose a utility similar to a Beacon and Conduit, that merely extinguishes flames in a large radius as they appear.

There could be one for each corner of the Mansion, and perhaps another one in the center depending on how much range they have.

As a collectable treasure, this would also further incentivize players to seek out Woodland Mansions, as most players look to Raids for their Totem needs.

Were a recipe to be added, I would suggest using Crying Obsidian as the primary ingredient since a "crying" fire-proof block would be very thematically appropriate, and because it currently only serves as an ingredient for Respawn Anchors.
