Mechanical Gloves

Mechanical Gloves would be crafted with two Copper Ingots and two Echo Shards in a boots formation, Copper at the top and shards at the bottom. They would be equipped in the chestplate slot, preventing them from being used alongside Chestplates or Elytra.

The Gloves would have two uses, mining and transportation of mobs and blocks.

Mining:

When exploring caves, if the player right clicked on open air, the gloves would clap together and surrounding ores would resonate with the sound, being visible for 3 seconds after the clap. (Would not work for Ancient Debris).

Transportation:

The main use of the gloves would be for Transportation. If the player were to right click on a mob or block, the player would pick it up, and would be able to walk around with it, or if they wanted to, throw it. The player would not be able to use any items in their hotbar when carrying a mob or block.

This would solve the issue of transporting villagers and chests, and also create a new caving experience in the late game.
