Add Option to Hide Scroll Bar in Chat Window (1.19.1)

Just a simple suggestion to add an option to toggle on/off the scroll bar in the chat window for 1.19.1, because it can be visually awkward to see a stark blue line cutting the centre of the screen. There wasn't a scroll bar before, and it was fine. Optionally, maybe make it less noticeable and blend better with the colours of the chat window and background, but moreso there should at least be an option in Chat Settings to hide the scroll bar.

    I agree with OP. The random blue bar in the middle of the screen is super annoying and a toggle option would be nice. If it needs to stay, at least put it on the left side of the screen so it's out of your direct field of view.
