Crops should grow regardless of distance from the player.

Currently, crops only grow when in simulation distance. This is extremely annoying as it forces you to afk in your farm instead of being able to work on something more productive. Crops should be changed so that crops placed by players grow anywhere in the world at all times. This especially helps low end players that cannot increase their simulation distance very high.
