Petritanium Metal and it's Tools

This would be a new metal generating between y=-50 and y=0. It would spawn in geodes surrounded in a carbon-based block (someone come up with a name). When made into tools (pickaxe, shovel, axe), it can insta-mine any natural stone variants, including deepslate. Shovels can insta-mine dirt, gravel, and any block that gets mined by shovels. Axes insta-mine woods and mangrove roots. The downsides to this tool are that it can only be fixed with lapis by crafting them together, and silk touch and unbreaking are the only enchantments that are useable on them. If it isn't mining the blocks listed, then it mines the same speed as an unenchated diamond tool.
