Jigsaw block should work on all versions not just java

The jigsaw block is a block in java that can spawn things like custom villages but it only works in java

    It works in Bedrock Edition too, it worked in Bedrock Edition since 1.16.

    The bedrock one is missing many features and straight-up doesn't work. They should fix this. It would be so fun to mess with these.

    You are able to obtain the block but the generate button does not exist.
