waypoint teleportation device

this device would be a placeable item you could place around the overworks multiple times or in any other dimension. having multiple waypoint teleports at a time would be possible but would cost an experience level. there could be an option to open up waypoint teleports and you could use them to teleport to multiple waypoints. personally, i think it would be much better because you could teleport to a strong hole if you placed the item there instead of having to look for it all over again.
