Nintendo Switch Mod Not Working

Bought a "Ultimate Tools" and "Hacker Tools" Mod by Fall Studios. In both mods the Tools didn't work ie. Pickaxe wouldn't mine despite being able to do so barehanded.

    There's nothing Mojang Studios can do about that, it's not made by Mojang Studios. Also, there are no Mods on the marketplace, Only Textures, Worlds, Skins, and Mash-up Packs. So whoever sold you this "mod" is probably fake. It's probably just a world with packs on it (considering mods aren't even on bedrock and bedrock only has addons which aren't even on the marketplace)

    Same. Son (eight) bought this and is super disappointed that his purchase doesn't work on Switch or Xbox Series X. Basically blocks are un-mineable with tools. Mod has 4.1 stars so it seems it should work. We need a way to refund purchases like this from developers that either aren't talented or don't know how to support their customers. In this case it may be both.

    That's really disappointing that kids look forward to something like this that played Minecraft and then they get bummed out because it doesn't work. I'm not a kid but I still got bummed out.LOL I downloaded and paid for a few add-ons for my Xbox Series S for Minecraft and the world works fine except for the fact that the tools that the add-on gives you don't work like they're supposed to work. You end up having to use diamonds that they give you or other tools that you have to make. I also noticed that a lot of the people that make the add-ons make it to where it's mostly creative and not survival because you can't do anything to survive. Like you can't get food you can't break things down heck I didn't even get a crafting table on the last add-on that I bought.

    My daughter just used half her monthly allowance to buy Hacker Tools by Fall Studios too and the tools don't work on her tablet either. Minecraft should add a way of customers getting twins for broken mods or at the very least change the feedback system to allow written comments so she knew this before wasting money on it beforehand.
