Connect elytra to rockets with Super Sonic achievement in JE

Elytra are essential to late game Minecraft, and rockets are a huge part of that. However, the game never actually tells players to use rockets with elytra. In bedrock edition, the Super Sonic achievement tells players to fly 40m/s through a 1x1 m hole.
