Can you make when stepping on a pressure plate redstone torch will deactivate when the torch is under

Bedrock

    So, you step on a pressure plate on top of, let’s say cobblestone, and you want a redstone torch on the side of the said cobblestone to turn off?
    If so, that should already be a feature. If not, send this to the bug tracker.
