Quill Item

The Quill item would be made with a feather and an ink sac, as if the player was crafting a book & quill without a book. The Quill would allow the player who's holding it to be able to edit signs without breaking them. It is a small addition, but would make writing with signs a little easier. The Book & Quill recipe would need to be slightly edited.
