Use Grindstone to remove 1 layer of oxide from copper, up 64 items at once

Wax can be applied to any copper block variant in-game by using a honeycomb "item" on the block. Alternatively this operation can be performed in the crafting grid which allows large-scale waxing of copper block variants.

Removing one layer of oxide from any copper block variant can only be done by using an axe on the block. There is no large-scale alternative. Allowing the Grindstone to remove one layer of oxide from any copper block variant (up to a stack) would make the copper oxidation & its preservation mechanic more balanced.

Additionally the current in-game sound effect of removing a layer of oxide from a copper block with an axe appears to sounds like a grindstone already as well.
