New biome toxic description

This biome is mostly green with toxic glowing waste and a small particle called uranium shards the sky here is a dark green and the mob is 6 blocks tall with a glowing green core it drops toxic cores which can be used for a new workstation for the player called the poison lab which is used to tip weapons with potion effects or make Armour give you a certain buff this also allows you to make flasks of liquid nitrogen and liquid uranium as well as biome exclusive potions
