Making water clear

Please make seeing underwater clear, maybe using a conduit could eliminate fog? Building underwater would be so much better if we could actually see all the beautiful coral of a warm ocean biome, or all the fish swimming around.Please I beg you!! I’m on bedrock edition on console and therefore I don’t have access to mods. Please please please?!
