Breed parrots

Parents should be able to breed because when you get a parrot you can't breed it and then you have to look in the jungle for another parrot but you can't breed them.:(

    There's no reason they can't be bred like any other tameable mob... It easily should just be like chickens and breed via seeds. Additionally, would add they should lay eggs with a wait time to hatch like the turtles, since, as birds, parrots lay eggs.

    I would like this as an option for both Bedrock and Java. I think it would be beneficial for survival players to better obtain more parrots without traveling thousands of blocks just to get another parrot.
