I feel as if the /playsound command could be more reliable. I think some new features to add onto the playsound command would definitely help. Instead of solely relying on Volume for radius, you can split it up to Volume and Radius. Without Radius it will act like before radius is added, where Volume acts as radius. Then there could also be a SkipTo/Time, which is measured in ticks. When a sound is played it will immediately skip to the time listed in SkipTo/Time and start from there. Which could be useful for making multiple sound effects on one track and cutting it it-game to reduce amount of files. Something else that could also be cool is if you could allow for more pitches than 0.5 to 2, maybe up to 4 and down to 0.25. Note Blocks may not have to take advantage but it will most likely help mapmakers. Example: /playsound sound source targets x y z volume pitch minvolume radius time
