Crying nether dimension and a crying nether portal

If you were to make a nether portal with crying obsidian instead of obsidian, it would take you to the crying nether dimension or a another new dimension. The crying nether portal should be lighted using flint and steel or fire charges just like a nether portal.

    Seems unnecessary. Crying obsidian is basically just part of the nether dimension.

    Just make it so crying obsidian is able to be used in nether portal frames.
