Wardens Head

Wardens head will drop after killing warden, and will be used to pacify wardens, when weared. it will give us blindness level 5 when it will be weared.

    They're not going to have wardens drop anything aside from the current block, or they would've done so already when they released the update.

    Mojang already said they don't intend on the warden dropping anything upon death besides the skulk catalyst.

    Instead of dropping it, the Warden head should be part of the ancient city structure similar to the dragon head

    What's the point of defeating such a powerful mob without it dropping any thing useful? This would make killing the warden a worthwhile investment.
