*JAVA PARITY* Fixing Enderman AI to match Java Edition

I’m not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem on bedrock edition, but it is almost impossible to effectively kill enderman. Attacking one normally usually results in it hitting you, teleporting away instantly and losing aggression. If you happen to have a fire aspect sword the enderman will teleport away every time it takes fire damage and eventually lose aggression as well. This makes killing enderman and getting enderpearls very difficult, and makes making an enderman farm virtually impossible. I am not sure if this is a bug, but it is something worth mentioning.

    I like this idea, because as you said it's hard to kill endermans on bedrock. Let's say you want to get some pearls to go to the end, so you try to kill some endermans but they always teleport away from you when you hit them, which makes prosses tedious.
